We also automatically collect usage data such as app version, IP address, log data, and interaction events to operate, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Your information helps us operate, and improve Dramalize. We use it to generate AI content, authenticate users, deliver customer support, analyze trends, and send product updates or marketing communications.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of trusted service providers:

Third-party AI service providers (see Section 8 below for full details on what data is shared and with whom).
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf.
Analytics providers that help us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
Payment processors (Apple App Store) that handle subscription and purchase transactions.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

Dramalize uses third-party AI service providers to generate video content on your behalf. This section explains what data is shared, with whom, and how it is protected.

What data is sent:

Text prompts you submit for video generation.
Video generation settings such as resolution, duration, and model selection.

Who receives your data:

OpenAI and other trusted third-party AI model providers provides AI video generation models (including Sora) used to create video content from your prompts and inputs. We may integrate additional AI providers in the future.

How your data is used by these providers:

Your prompts and inputs are sent solely to generate the video content you requested.
Third-party AI providers process your data according to their API and enterprise data usage policies, which prohibit using your inputs to train their models.

Data protection:

All data transmitted to third-party AI providers is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Important: Third-party providers have their own privacy policies. Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies, in addition to this policy. By using Dramalize, you agree your data may be processed according to both our policy and those of any relevant AI providers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product enhancements or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy and update the "Last updated" date when changes occur.

10. Generated Content Retention

Generated videos may be retained to allow users to access past generations, unless deleted by the user.
